The G2 Methodology
G2 generates their awards based on the reviews of real platform users. Each review is authenticated by the company to confirm they are current users of the Zymplify platform and they have a valid business email address.
We are also very open about when we contact customers requesting reviews and when we provide incentivisation for reviews. We don’t screen reviews or remove comments that reflect badly on the platform. In fact, we use any comments to inform our product development and fix any issues quickly.
